2. Service Description
Dragon Scroll provides Chinese Ba Zi (Four Pillars of Destiny) fortune readings, compatibility analysis, daily forecasts, Feng Shui consultation, Kau Chim oracle, and related metaphysical content. All readings are generated by AI and are for entertainment and personal enrichment purposes only.
3. No Guarantees
All content on this site is provided as-is without any warranty. We make no claims regarding accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. No outcome or result is guaranteed. Do not make medical, legal, financial, or life-altering decisions based on any content from this site.

5. Credit System & Purchases
Credits are non-refundable virtual items. All purchases are final. Stripe handles all payments; your card info is never stored on our servers. Credits do not currently expire. We reserve the right to void credits or suspend accounts for fraud or violation of these terms.
6. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age. Users 13-18 need parental consent. Users under 13 are prohibited.
7. User Accounts
Your access token identifies your account. You are responsible for its confidentiality. We cannot restore credits tied to a lost token unless you have registered an email.
8. Email Registration
Registering an email gives you 1 bonus credit and account recovery. We will not use your email for marketing without consent. We will not sell or share it.
9. Data Privacy
We store birth details, chat history, email (if registered), credit balance, and a device token. We do not sell your data. We do not share it except as required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dragon Scroll and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Refunds
Credits can be stockpiled in your account balance. If you purchase through a feature gate (when your balance is empty), one credit will be consumed immediately after purchase to unlock the feature you were trying to access. Once a credit is used and the service is delivered (AI reading, chat session, compatibility report, etc.), that consumption cannot be reversed.
If a technical error causes credits to be deducted without delivering the service (e.g., payment succeeds but credits are not credited), contact support with your Stripe receipt ID and we will correct it or issue a refund at our discretion.
Duplicate purchases (e.g., accidentally buying two packs back-to-back) may be eligible for a refund on the duplicate transaction. Contact support with your Stripe receipt IDs within 7 days of purchase.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are posted here with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
